- Diagnose. The technician tests the appliance in your home and explains what failed and why.
- Approve the price. You get the repair price before any work starts, and decide whether to go ahead.
- Repair or order parts. Miele parts are usually ordered after diagnosis. When more than one Miele appliance needs attention, we diagnose them on the same visit so parts can be ordered together.

Common questions
My Miele dishwasher shows a Waterproof or drain fault. Can I reset it?
You can clean the filter and check the drain hose, but a leak-protection fault means water reached the base. The source has to be found or it will trip again. See F70 and the other Miele codes.
Do you repair Miele range hoods?
Yes, including fan and control faults.
